Bacon and Pineapple Braised Short Ribs

Forgive my photography, I'm still working on taking quality food pics. But it still makes your mouth water, right? It was delicious I must say, one we'll add to the recipe book. My only complaint is that short ribs are so fatty. Next time we'll try it with spare ribs instead. It's really about the sauce anyway. Be sure to make extra rice, the sauce/rice combo makes a great lunch the following day.

Adjustments made: Todd doubled the brown sugar (4 Tbsp. instead of 2)
